Victor and Melissa’s journey began with a piece of property that had been in their family for generations. Inspired by faith and a love for their community, they dreamed of transforming the land into a place where families and friends could gather to celebrate life’s special moments.

In 2017, they brought that dream to life by opening The Blessed Barn, blending rustic charm with modern elegance, and infusing the venue with personal touches that honor their family’s history — like the reclaimed beams from their grandparents’ barn used in the barn doors, and historic tables built over 50 years ago for the Saddle Club.

This year marks an incredible milestone—20 years of service, growth, and community spirit—and we at the Aynor Area Chamber of Commerce couldn’t be more proud to celebrate this achievement with them.

Join us on Wednesday, November 12, 2025, at 11:00 AM at Coastal Land & Home Realty’s office at 600 8th Avenue in Aynor as we honor two decades of dedication to our town and the surrounding areas. The ceremony will take place beneath Aynor’s historic brick arches, followed by light refreshments and plenty of hometown cheer.

From the beginning, Coastal Land & Home Realty has embodied what it means to do business with heart. Founded in 2005 by Tray Andrew, a lifelong Aynor resident, the company started as a small local office built on trust, hard work, and a deep love for this community. Today, it has grown into a respected full-service brokerage serving the Grand Strand and Pee Dee regions—but it has never lost its small-town values.
