This year marks an incredible milestone—20 years of service, growth, and community spirit—and we at the Aynor Area Chamber of Commerce couldn’t be more proud to celebrate this achievement with them.

Join us on Wednesday, November 12, 2025, at 11:00 AM at Coastal Land & Home Realty’s office at 600 8th Avenue in Aynor as we honor two decades of dedication to our town and the surrounding areas. The ceremony will take place beneath Aynor’s historic brick arches, followed by light refreshments and plenty of hometown cheer.

From the beginning, Coastal Land & Home Realty has embodied what it means to do business with heart. Founded in 2005 by Tray Andrew, a lifelong Aynor resident, the company started as a small local office built on trust, hard work, and a deep love for this community. Today, it has grown into a respected full-service brokerage serving the Grand Strand and Pee Dee regions—but it has never lost its small-town values.
