2026 Aynor Farmers Market Vendor Application

Please complete the application below to be considered for a vendor spot this season. We’re focused on building a strong, reliable, and well-balanced market for our community.

Vendor Rules & Regulations

01

Booth Space & Setup

Each vendor is typically assigned one table space under the shed. If you need additional space, you must request it in advance. Vendors may not choose their location—spaces are assigned by the market. Setup must be completed before the market opens.

03

Cleanliness & Safety

Vendors must keep their space clean and presentable at all times. Trash must be removed at the end of the day.

Food vendors must: Maintain proper hygiene. Wash hands regularly. Avoid working while sick

05

Market Conduct

Be respectful to customers, fellow vendors, and staff. Create a welcoming, community-focused environment. The market exists to support local businesses and relationships

02

Attendance & Commitment

When you reserve a date, you are expected to attend. No-shows without notice may result in loss of future participation. Many markets enforce attendance policies to maintain consistency and customer trust.

04

Display & Pricing

Vendors must clearly display: Business name, product names, prices and ingredient lists should be available for prepared foods.

06

Enforcement

The Aynor Farmers Market reserves the right to: Enforce all rules, remove vendors not in compliance and deny future participation if necessary

Vendor Application & Approval

All vendors must complete an application before participating in the Aynor Farmers Market, and all products must be approved prior to being sold. Vendors are expected to offer items they personally produce or create whenever possible, and unauthorized reselling is not permitted. To ensure a well-balanced and high-quality market experience, the Aynor Farmers Market reserves the right to accept or deny any vendor application based on product variety and overall fit.
