Childcare runs deep here. The owner and director grew up in the industry through her family’s business, Aynor Kiddie Care, a trusted name in the community for nearly 40 years. With more than 17 years of hands-on experience as both a teacher and assistant director, she launched After 3 Team with a clear vision: to create a high-quality program that supports both children and their families.
